Our restaurant is the heart of Rocabella and not only a place to dine, but also a meeting point and a hub of positive vibes. A warm space offering Mediterranean cuisine, we named it ‘Axinos’, which is the Greek word for ‘sea urchin’. Being plentiful in crystal clear Greek waters, these small creatures are symmetrical in shape and known for their roe, which is classed as a delicacy, and are also associated symbolically with rebirth or long life. We aim to provide our diners with the same harmonious balance of tastes and flavours in every bite, creating whispers of traditional dishes infused with contemporary twists. Here you can relax and enjoy the magnificent caldera view while letting your tastebuds realign themselves with the cosmos.

Sun worshippers can pay homage to their beloved deity in our ‘Sunset Ritual’, which gives guests a chance to savour various local wines paired with the island’s bounty of fresh fish bites and sushi, bruschetta topped with of cherry tomatoes, rich fava and tangy capers. Aged cheese and locally reared meat morsels are specially chosen to
